I fell backwards down our wooden basement steps and i landed on the edge of one step making contact with me right buttock. it turned black and blue, but it also hurts when i press on that area. it almost feels like a bunch of pins poking through my skin.this happened two weeks ago.My question , is something i should be concerned about? It also hurts after about a half hour of sitting on that side. Thank you for anything you can tell me.
