Suggest Remedy For Pain In Right Nipple After Being Hit By Ball

I got hit directly in my right nipple by a fast served tennis ball. It hurt so badly I thought I was going to pass out. It did make my knees buckle. Is this due to the milk ducts in my nipple. The same nipple caused me much pain when I accidentally got it caught between two boxes I was carrying.
