Suggest Remedy For Pain In Testicles After Moving Heavy Object

My friends are in the middle of moving. The gut tried to move a heavy tool cabinet by himself today, and for sharp pain in his testicle area. Now you can tell he can hardly move. He is too embarrassed to go to doc and his fiance is worried about him. Is there something they should be doing or will it get better on its own?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Pain in the testicle after moving heavy object could be due to sprain in the perineal muscles.
He can take analgesic with muscle relaxant like Tablet. Ibuprofen with Chloroxazone combination twice a day after food for 3 days.
Let him keep well hydrated by consuming good quantity of water/fluids.
In case it doesn't get better by a day, he needs to be examined by Surgeon for testicular torsion as an emergency and then managed accordingly.
