Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Arm

I have dark spots on my fingers and palms along with my toes and soles. These have pain associated with them when pressure is applied. Most affected seem to be callused or thick skin. I thought it to be splinter at first, when i tried to get it out alot of pain was afflicted. When i cleaned it afterwards, a pain shot up my arm that was near unbarable. I have recently had acute prostatitus and feeling weak with some nausea and diarhea.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to local inflammation or a skin disease. A skin infection or a coagulation disorder can not be excluded either. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, coagulation tests).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
