Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Base Of Neck

I m having pain running in the back of my neck from the base of my skull to my shoulders along to the shoulder joint then it goes around the base of my neck to the front along my collar bone then up to my jaw bone and this is on both sides. Also I have numbness in my arms, hands, legs, feet, and lips and my lips with also feel a little swollen when this happens. It can happen weither I m sitting, standing or lying down. I have muscle weakness all over.

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis and need hard bed,cervical exercise,physitherapy , cervical collar and muscle relaxant and analgesic like Cipzox with local massage with pain gel.go for x-ray cervical spine Lateral view,may go for nerve tonics like vitamin B 12 and calcium as well as vitamin D supplements
