Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Buttocks

When I went camping and was riding a bike for the first two days I got really painful sore in between my buttocks that eventually healed and went away but now months later I feel the same pain again and I m not sure if it s sores again or pimples, all I know is that they hurt. Could it be from me walking a lot and the skin rubbing together?

As per your recent complaint of pain in buttocks it might be due to muscular or due to nerve compression in that area.
So you should go for lumbo sacral spine x ray to rule out ant type of nerve compression and consult a orthopaedic for d same.
