Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Knee And Back Ache Upon Climbing Stairs

Hi i am getting pain in knees when vlimb up or down and back ache when i i get up from lying down for a while than it gets easeout.i am 52 yrs old , feels low energy,face bloated and fat on stomach.can anyone pl guide. Thanks and regards Nanda purohit.

Hello Nanda ma'am and welcome.

Taking your age into consideration you are either peri-menopausal or menopausal, and this brings up suspicion of osteoporosis or arthritis like conditions. I would thus recommend a visit to your orthopedician who would request for blood investigations (check on anemia, RA factor, CRP, ESR, serum uric acid, etc.) and an x-ray of your spine and knee joints. These conditions are treatable and so you should not really have trouble once a diagnosis has been reached.
