how can i reieve the pain in the gleuteus muscle area (perfect spot no.12) have tried heat patches, voltarol and now cold packs. I have had an mri scan as I was taken to a&e with terrible pain and they presribd diazapam, cocodamol and ibuprofen. I took the first fr one night and never again the other two are nearly a month but the pain is still there. There is no spine damage and I really don't want to have steroid injections. Is there something I can do myself and will this go away? Please!
