My wrist is hurting, there's this "hole" feeling like thinkg on my wrist, I've been rotating it clock wise and counter clock wise, pull my wrist and cracking it, and cracking it by putting pressure on it and moving it to the left and right (mainly cause the pain kinda feels good) my brother massaged it for a bit, and now after doing some more rotating and cracking it feels pretty bad now, like I can move it but it hurts, and pressure on i t like push ups really really hurts.. what's wrong! I always get this like everyother month... it was the wrist I broke when I was a kid in preschool, I'm 18 now.
