Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain the symptoms of stomach cramps along with diarrhea along with hiccups after eating shell fish seems to be due to Fish Poisoning and it can be due to eating the fish that was not cooked properly or eating raw fish that is contaminated with bacteria, viruses, toxins or parasites..

This can lead to disturbances with the digestive system and can lead to the symptoms that you have..
As there were hiccups there is a possibility that there have been refluxing of acid leading to inflammation and injury the lower part of food pipe leading to pain while swallowing..
Nothing to worry as the cramping has subsided..
You should still continue taking a light, soft and semi solid diet..
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy food and take antacids like Milk of magnesia half an hour before meals..
Do for 3 to 4 days and in case if the pain does not resolve consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can also advise you upper G.I endoscopy to rule out the exact cause of problem and treat you accordingly..
You can be advised Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole, H2 blockers like Ranitidine and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Take more of yoghurt in diet..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
