Suggest Remedy For Pain In Toe 2 Weeks After Minor Injury

My almost 2 year old stubbed her toe hard about a week ago....and two days ago it started turning silver. She has a well child check up with her regular doctor in two weeks. She is walking on it and doesn t limp. But when I touch it she says ouw and pulls away. It s slightly warm. I m wondering if this might be something serious and I should bring her in now or if it s okay to wait until her check-up.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of formation of abscess is very likely, initially this can only be managed with anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotic need to be avoided because in early stage of this antibiotic could form the antibioma, in my opinion better to see the doctor hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
