Suggest Remedy For Pain In Toe Region
hello , im a football player , before 10 days i wore a tight soccer shoes and my big toe got hurt , the day after that i couldnt press on then until now it hurts when i make a message of it , it really hurts ,,, the exact pain is located behind toe , and when it hurts ,, it makes my brain shake!! cuz it really hurts ,,, plz help me

Reason for pain in great toe may be due to injury while playing or due to tight shoes which may have lead to inflammation. Please avoid tight fitting shoes as it hampers blood circulation in toes. Use rice therapy, rest ice compression and elevation for foot. Tab diclofenac should be taken for pain relief.
