Suggest Remedy For Pain In Wrists
I have pain in my wrist. it swells and feels like the blood is hot. There is also a welling on it also. One of the ladies at my church said it was a weed pain and old people us to hit it with a book to get it to go down frankly it hurts go bad to hit it with a book. it is hard to rotate.
