Suggest Remedy For Pain On Knees Along With Limping

My 6-year old son has been limping and in bad pain. He woke up at midnight 4 days ago in excruciating pain and said his knee down to his ankle hurts and now won t even put his left foot down. Went to pediatrician and she ordered labs and x-rays. Film showed no fracture or injury. Waiting for results on labs and will have them in morning. No fever, colds, no injuries, no other symptoms. Any ideas?

Well come to HCM
Such symptom in this age could be due to muscular spasm, unknown injury could be the cause of this, but such symptom gives good response to analgesic and best would be "Ibuprofen" wait for some time everything would be fine soon, take care have a nice day.
