Suggest Remedy For Pain Under Left Rib And Painful Left Leg While Sitting

I have pain in the left side under the rib, When I sit The whole left leg hurts. the pain pushes up. I had open heart surgery one year ago . The pain has been there before that, It just seems to get worse.. Have trouble sleeping because of the pain.

Pain under the rib and left leg pain has no direct connection. Some thoracic intervertebral spine and Lumbo-sacral spine seem to be affected.Open heart surgery doesn't seem to be directly connected with these pains (it was there before that).

My opinion is get IVD x-rays to confirm reduced gaps or osteophytes, if any. It may be managed accordingly by thoraco lumbar or lumbo sacral support by belt or traction as advised on the spot.

It is in your interest to get these clinically examined.
