Just got over from having a open fissure I think that has healed and now have dime sized knot by the rectum area plus some open skin tags no bleeding from this but it burns when I use the bathroom.....nothing seems to work been to doctor and had creams and suppository....still no relief
thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....
well the problems with anorectal diseases are that they tend to recur very frequently... you have told that you have anal fissure and it seems to burn when you use the bathroom....also some skin tag near the anal opening.... these are some common features of anal fissure....
see creams and suppositories might not always help... what you should do always is take some high fibre diet and stool softeners to avoid constipation as constipation is the most important risk factor... also sometimes botulinum toxin etc has been used but the surety of cure is not confirmed...
the surgical treatments like anal sphincterectomy are very useful and near curative...
i would advise you to visit a GENERAL SURGEON and get examined...
hope this was useful... regards
