Suggest Remedy For Pain When Suffering From Anterolisthesis

I got an x ray tody n it says mild anterolysthesis of L5 over S1 seen. The doctor that I go to says its not very severe n I have been taking medicine after medicine. I blew a lot of money on physiotheraphy as well but no major help. I get severe lower back pain and very severe upper back pain slightly below shoulder blades inwards towards the spine. The doctor said upper pain is fibromyalgi but the pain never goes away. For something mild the pain is so severe and debilitating that it has affected every part of my life. I m currently not even working coz people at work were not understanding of it. I m neither doing too much work or taking too much stress. I ve been told I need to exercise but these pains don t let me work out. With all this going on I can t sleep at night even if I get the finest mattress and I ve become a very sad person. The medicines severely change my personality and each of them have too many side effects. I m doing homeopathy too coz I am not a huge fan of taking too many pills as it hugely affects digestive system as well. I just need help badly to stop this severe pain of upper and lower body. I m not someone who carries too much weight. I ve been very petite all my life and currently a little healthy. Please help.
