Suggest Remedy For Painful Abdomen And Throwing Up Due To Inflammed Colon

my daughter has been having pain in her adominal area, and she has been throwing up. She can not keep food down. She has went to the hospital and they informed her that her colon was inflamed, they did a mri but it came out negitive and now they took a simply of her stool by performing a colonostopy, but the results have not come back. They released her from the hospital, but she is still in the same position that she was before she went in the hospital. She has to take a lot of pain medication just so that she can function. I don t know what else to do because I am in Memphis, tn and she is in South Carolina. She just want the pain to stop!

Hello,

She may need to take buscopan to relieve spasms and also simethicone to help with gas. She may need to add a lot of water to keep hydrated and help the normal function of bowel. Also, she may need to take probiotics such enterogerina or yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora.
