Welcome to HCM, As per your query u have genital sores. Genital sores can be due to many infections,Herpes is a common one. Less common infection are Chancroid,Syphilis, etc. Do not have any type of sexual activity until your health care provider says the sores can no longer be spread to others. A sitz bath can be used for everyday personal hygiene. It can also provide relief from pain or itching in the genital area. Refer to your gyno for further treatment
