Suggest Remedy For Painful Bruise On Buttocks Post Injury

About 2week ago I fell back on to some metal steps and fell on top of them I was OK at first then a big bruise came then I started getting a bad pain in the right bum at top when I sit I get bad shooting pain not all time when I turn over in bed it hurts and same when I first get up on morning

Based on the information, it looks like soft tissue injury. I would suggest you to take TT injection. Apply neosporin or other Antibacterial ointment. You can take over the counter painkiller.
