Hi,
In your case there is possibility of skin infection (bacterial).
You may require antibiotics.
We need to find out underlying cause for skin infection.

I want to know-
1) Associated symptoms like fever, increased frequency of urination, increased thirst, weight loss, excessive sweating, abnormal weight gain, swelling over face and legs, any other skin rashes or discoloration.
2) Past history of diabetes, joint pain.
3) Any medicines are you on?

Following investigations may be helpful to you-
1) Complete blood count, kidney and liver function test, urine examination.
2) Blood sugar level- Fasting, postprandial, OGTT, HbA1c level.
I find this answer helpful
