I am 28 yrs old and i have been getting very painful cramps in my feet since past 2 weeks.my job in offc involves sitting most of the time but when i'm back home and i do my routine activity,its all okay but as soon as i stretch my feet to ease out a little,the pain starts in between the fingers and then the area around it gets very very hard and painful.Could u please suggest a remedy.Your prompt reply will be appreciated.
