Suggest Remedy For Painful, Foggy And Cloudy Ears After Blowing The Nose

i blew my nose last night and my ear popped. It hurt really bad. I put ear drops in it and fell asleep. It stated to feel a bit better. I accidently blew my nose again this morning, now It feels foggy and cloudy. Like I have an ocean in my head. It still hurts. What shoudl I do?

Dear thanks for the question.

Its normal to have this feeling after violent blowing of nose but probably You have got infection in your middle ear (beyond membrane). If I were your treating doctor I would have immediately done a thorough ENT check up along with blood work up to confirm the diagnosis.
