Hi, I have been experencing pain in shoulders, upper arms & hips for quite some time and low back for what seems like forever. I have muscle pain and weakness in my legs and especially upper arms.I have now developed what feels like boney lump at base of my middle finger that causes alot of pain when touched or bumped. Im extremely fatigued and suffer bran fog and have trouble concentrating at work. My doc thought maybe RA or Lupus but my ESR was normal and neg for RA factor. She also thought polymyalgia but again ESR normal. Any dea what could be happening?
