Suggest Remedy For Painful Neck And Upper Back, Throbbing Headache And Dizziness Post A Fall

I attempted a backflip yesterday and ended up landing on my head. The music was really loud so I don t know if there was any cracking. But now my neck and upper back hurt to move, I get throbbing headaches, and I get dizzy a lot. I ve been icing my neck and upper back but I don t really know what to do.

I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam. You may need to perform a brain CT scan. In the meantime, I recommend taking dimenhydrinate for the vertigo and Ibuprofen for the pain.
