Suggest Remedy For Painful Orgasm,yellow Vaginal Discharge And Constant Urge To Urinate

I have a problem i was hoping you could help with

these are my symptoms-
vaginal discharge, yellow
constant urge to urinate (like..always)
i get no relief from urination
painful orgasm, like the orgasm itself actually burns
i have lumps in my groin, feel like cod liver tablets.

before these symtpoms i was the exact opposit but with the painful orgasm and extremely dry, the doctor told me i had bacterial vaginosis and then the dryness went away and replaced it with the above.

I have done countless water samples and swabs and all have come back negative
im absolutely terrified im gonna have to deal with this for the rest of my life, its awful!

any suggestions?
