Suggest Remedy For Painful Periods With Cramps
I have had my period every 12 to 13 days. They are lasting any where from 1 to 7 days. Today my cramps are horrible. I have had to change my tampon every 2 hours. I just went to the bathroom and I passed a blood clot that was the size of a 50 cent piece. I m also having a bad odor.

If you have mild menstrual cramps, take aspirin or another pain reliever, such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen or naproxen.
For best relief, you must take these medications as soon as bleeding or cramping starts.
Heat can also help.Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or tummy.
