Suggest Remedy For Painful Red Bumps In Mouth Post Treatment For Viral Infection

I have a painful ( around base of lower teeth) red bumps, and also on the side of tongue. The Dr. told me it was a viral infection. The first time it lasted a week. there were no sores or blisters just headaches sneezing and sore throat and BLOCKED nasal passages. It came back not nearly as severe but chapped lips and numb mouth. Should I go back to the Dr. ?

HI
Well come to HCM
This is not the viral infection, if this is dental condition then you need to see the dentist or if this is oral lesion then also it need to be seen by dentist in either case this is not viral infection, hope this information helps, take care.
