Suggest Remedy For Painful Swelling In Ankles With Continued Bleeding Post Miscarriage
Hi I am 24 years old I had a miscarriage 9 days ago, I went to the doctor last Monday and he said everything was out. I m still bleeding like a period, and I noticed today my ankles are swollen and they hurt to walk. We did a lot this weekend walked allot but I have never had swollen ankles and feet. (I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, not sure if that matters). I m just wondering if you have any tips or anything to help the swelling down. Please and thank you.
These disorders usually happen lately during pregnancy, but in rare cases can occur after abortion or after normal delivery. It is an autoimmune disorder.
I recommend you to consult with your GP and perform a routine blood test for platelets account, kidney and liver function tests, and abdominal ultrasound to exclude possible remains in your uterus.
I would also advise you to closely monitor your blood pressure.
Hope to have been of help!
Greetings! Dr. Iliri
