Suggest Remedy For Painless, Dry And Red Spots On Penis Shaft

Hi a couple of weeks ago I noticed two small red spots on the shaft of my penis which were painless and dry. Both spots disappeared over 5 days but another has appeared in the same area. This one is less than a 1/4 in diameter is soft to the touch and has a shiny redish pink appearance and remains painless and dry. I had sexual activity with a new partner in May and had an std screen in June and all was negative - any ideas what this may be?

Thank you fro contacting HCM with your health care concerns. I think because you have had this area twice now that you go back o your health care provider and have them recheck for STD. The most likely painless lesion on the penis can be syphilis and needs to be ruled out right away.
