Suggest Remedy For Palpitations And Chest Pain

hello sir i have had a rappid heart rate for awhile now i am 23 no previous injuries or health concerns but as i said my heart rate is at around 120+/- 10bpm and this is at rest not doing anything active. last week i was brought to my knees from the pain in my chest above my heart i ended up passing out from the pain and took my heart rate after 45mins of rest and my heart rate was 145bpm should i be worried more so than i currently am.

It would be best for you to be seen by your doctor. A heart rate of 120 is very high.

An ECG and blood tests are needed to determine the cause.
At least a complete blood count (to check for anemia) and thyroid function tests are needed.

Treatment would depend on the cause found.
