Suggest Remedy For Palpitations, Chest Pain And Dizziness

Shortness of breath,,dizziness,exhaustion,heart palpitations,chest pains with the feeling of brick over my heart when breathing.terrible headache after snorting 2 lines of methamphentime 9hrs ago. my medical information: Currently presribed 1mg xanax 2x a day, atenolol for hypertension, tramadol 50mg and baclofan for chronic,neck pain,headaches. Today I only took my xanax,Bp meds, and tramadol after snorting methamphetamine. My question is this: With the above symptoms mentioned am I in early stages of a heart attack ,stoke? What should I do,please help.

Hi,

The trio of your symptoms of palpitations, dizziness and short breath with feeling of brick on chest is suggestive of heart problem, coronary insufficiency. The blood pressure medicine (Xanax) can help by lowering blood pressure bu Tramadol can not control cardiac pain due to insufficiency. You should take rest,continue with BP medication and consult a cardiologist earliest for stress test followed by angiography / plasty as advised by expert. Consult a cardiac surgeon.
