Suggest Remedy For Partial Loss Of Hearing In Both Ears

Dear Doctor, Recent i had done my audiometry test and found that in left ear 50-60% hearing loss and right ear 30-40% loss is there. I have allergy problem as well, due to which i get attached with cold frequently. Docotor told that my ear drum is fine and no dust - it is a problem of middle ear. To rectify this either i need to go with a surgery wherein they will remove/cut the bone and replace with artifical bone else i need to use hearing aid. Now i am 36 year old male and working employee. Considering this i would like to know the success chances of surgery, pros and cons of it. In case of failure what are the consequences. Kindly request you opinion on this. Thanks, Kiran
