I am a female that consistently plays softball and exercis every week 5 to 6 times a week. I have pain for the last 2 weeks, as if i pulled something above quads connection to my pelvic area. (What seems to connect from my front hip to my top leg) how should I be treating this pain?
relax for few days ...dont lift heavy weigts...dont do any physical exercise...u got ur pelvic muscles stretched up . and nerve stretched..u can have tab diclofenac mr...for relieving pain ...take it for 5days if not relaxed...then u need to get few tests done
