Done Tubal Ligation. Pelvic Pain When Bladder Full. Done Tests. Worried

34 year old female with tubaligation 11 years ago. Sudden pelvic pain/vaginal pain radiating down left leg, worse when sitting or when bladder is full. Went to ER, they did urine tests, pelvic exam, wet prep, u/s- all were normal. Increasingly getting worse. No complaints of pelvic pain prior to this (started 2 days ago). Worried something has been missed.

Hi there. thank you for your question, I understand your worry. This just might be nerve-root compression coming from your spinal cord -- disc lesion possibly. You may need to have a MRI scan soon if the pain does not settle. Good luck.
