my wife is suffering from pemphigus vulgaris since four years. She first of all got infection in the tongue and inner part of cheeks. After biopsy it was identified as leukoplakia and hamangoma then she was treated with steroids but not recovered then homeopathic treatment was taken then wound emerged over whole body, head and inner part of mouth. Then again elopathy treatment given and then got cured the wounds of body. But still wounds in the cheeks and tongue` reoccur and vanishes automatically some times drugs like defza is taken and local ointment is used. In re biopsy of wounds over body it was found that the disease is pemphigus vulgaris. What is the permanent cure of this disease.

Generally for a severe disease we give pulse therapy to minimize the side effects. Remissions can be achieved through pulse therapy after which she needs maintenance therapy.
