Suggest Remedy For Penile Itching And Discharge

Hello there, I m a 19 year old male and recently I ve been experiencing problems in there is area. Itching and discharge while unerect ( leaves yellow stains on my white boxers). And while erect the tip of the penis is very sore and is painful to remove the foreskin.

You must be having Urinary Tract Infection. Get one Urine routine examination and Urine for Culture - Sensitivity done. Take appropriate antibiotics course. Keep well hydrated. You will be alright.
