Suggest Remedy For Persistent Cough, Sneezing And Blocked Throat

Last week I ate water melon kept in the fridge as I was very thirsty Thereafter i had lunch. Next day I had severe cold, persistent cough and sneezing continuously.I could not sleep in the night as I noticed that cough coming up and sneeze coming down making my wind pipe and esophagus jam

As per your complain the symptoms of persisting cough, cold and sneezing seems consistent with upper respiratory tract infection commonly known as Common Cold and as it is Viral infection, the infection will run its cycle and resolve..
The treatment is commonly symptomatic to provide relief from pain, congestion and discomfort..
You can take a short course of antibiotics like Azithromycin to relieve or prevent secondary bacterial infection..
Take decongestant like Pseudoephadrine..
Antihistamines like Levocetrizine should be taken.
Take mucolytics like Ambroxol..
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation..
Chew Vitamin C pellet as it improves immunity and helps clearing infection faster..
In case of no improvement in 3 to 5 days consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated..
