Suggest Remedy For Persistent Fever With Soft Stool

My daughter has been having a fever of 102.5 all day today and she has been having very soft stool for the past week or so. Fever seems to go down when I give her Tylenol and bath her but after the effect of the medicine starts to go away the fever starts coming back.

Hi

High fever of more than 100 should be immediately treated to reduce the temperature.

Tepid sponging with water should be done and visit your pediatrician as soon as possible since such high temperature is dangerous for the child.

Loose stools could be caused by gastroenteritis or infection of digestive tract. It is also the probable cause of fever and should be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
