Suggest Remedy For Persistent Pain And Numbness In Legs And Back

For the past two years,I having backache coupled with pain in the both ankle of the legs.If I stand or walk few minutes I get unbearable pain in the ankles there by making to take rest.If I walk for some more distance I get numbness. Please suggest treatment I have to undergo.

Most likely there may be compression in the lower spine. A visit to a Physiotherapist or Occupational therapist post xray should help. If there is compression, traction will help. If there is no compression - stretching the lower back and hip muscles will help. Also, check for blood sugar to rule out diabetes.
