General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Discomfort in the chest with radiating pain in shoulders, arm and jaws could be due to simple Panic attacks, acid reflux disease, sore muscles to major issues like heart attack, angina, lung disorders or even costochondritis. Your history says you have done all the investigations and they came out normal. It might be a simple stress induced gastritis or heartburn. I advise you to take:
- Tab. acenac MR twice /day for 5 days if you have unbearable pain
- Cap. Panto-D 40 mg before food for 5 days
- Lifestyle modification:
1. Avoiding recumbency 2 hours after food
2. No smoking, avoid fatty foods, alcohol etc.
3. Sleep in left sided position

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
