Hi,

You seem to have hyperacidity. H.pylori infection is negative. Actually there are two factors which cause pain in hyperacidity. From that point of view:

a) A strict life style is essential along with medication
- No spicy, hot, oily food. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol or fasting. Do not over eat.
- Take non spicy boiled food. Eat small servings every three hours. Drink plenty of water and fibers from boiled veges, salads and fruits. Cold milk helps.

b) Excess of acid in stomach disturbs normal digestion of food. So eating (with good chewing) small servings multiple times with space of 3 hours, regular exercises and avoiding psychological stress is important. Medicines can be changed according to need with doctor's advice. Digestive enzymes over the counter may help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
