Suggest Remedy For Persistent Vertigo

I have suffered from vertigo since birthing my daughter 12 1/2 years ago and it has recently gotten much worse. For about the past 6 months I feel off balance most of the time and have vertigo episodes more often. Also I am having migraines then usually the episodes...any ideas? This is effecting my job as i have had to call in several times.
