Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on face which could be due to hormonal changes, stress, clogging of pores of sebaceous glands, excessive exposure to sun. The sun act as a trigger factor for melanocytes to produce melanin pigment that causes dark spots. I would suggest you to apply Kojic acid cream twice a day for one month. Use face wash with benzoyl peroxide as a ingredients. Give cold compresses to skin for 10 minutes twice a day. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 which going outside in sun exposure.Take over the counter anti allergic like benadryl. If condition persist for more then a month . Then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation and rule out causes like skin infection or allergic reaction . Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream. He/she may also prescribe antibiotics course or recommend procedure like dermabrassion for dark spots .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
