Suggest Remedy For Pink Eye After Taking Antibiotics
Hello. So I wwnt to the Dr on tues.was prescribed antibiotics for my pink eye and strep throat on tues. And used antibiotics wed and now as of this morning I have pink eye in the other eye. Should I call my dr or should I just go to work? If it s contagious I don t want to go to work I work in an office

The pink eye could be a result of the throat infection you are having. Our eye, throat, nose are all connected from inside and hence, if there is infection in the throat, then usually the eye may also turn pink.
I suggest you complete the course of the antibiotics you are currently using. You can add some decongestant eye drops to clear the redness.
From the description you have given,it is difficult to comment on whether the pink eye is contagious or not. Usually viral eye infection are contagious.
