iam uncircumcised .i had long fore skin.had abrasions after first sex,3days ago..abrasions now infceted and fore skin diffcult to retract.i am unprotected sex with hiv high risk woman.how much risk percent to me...i am so depressed and advice this two question..please

The difficulty in retracting prepuce could either be because of "candid posthitis", in which there is inflammation and swelling of prepuce; the etiology is candidal Or it could also be because of "traumatic tear with secondary bacterial infection". A single dose of an Oral antifungal is usually curative for candidal posthitis. I would suggest that you visit a specialist for a confirmatory diagnosis. The risk for a man who has unprotected vaginal intercourse with an HIV-positive woman is estimated to be 0.04% per sexual act. In other words, an average of one transmission is expected to occur for every 2500 instances of exposure. You may take a screening test for HIV, initially at 1 month after sexual activity and repeat testing at 3 months.
