Suggest Remedy For Premature Graying Of Beard Hair With Bald Patch On Head

I had a few strands of grey hair when I was about 26 .I ignored it as it was just one or two now I am 36 i can t even leave unshaven beard because it s so embarrassing. Is there a way to reverse this or I should just accept that I am grown now. My beard is the only hair going grey. Could it also bevcaused by too much shaving. On my head all hair is black except that I am developing a bald patch starting at the back of my head. Any remedy. .

No its usually irreversible. But you may make the process slower by physical activities and taking Perfectil Capsules 1 daily by mouth. And Cacium and vit D 1 tablet daily.
Its not due to excessive shaving.

And for baldness, apply Minoxidil 5% daily twice on the bald area only.
