Suggest Remedy For Premature Graying Of Hair

Sir i m 21 year old. I m facing problem of premature hair grey since last 4year. Initially i dont care about it bt when it became excess then it looking very bad.i also masturbates since age of 15. Is premature grey of hair is related to masturbate. What should i have to do to prevent this.

No premature greying of hair is not related to masturbation. It occurs in various genetic disorders and also in some normal individuals. You should take tablet containing calcium pantothenate 100 mg twice daily and apply gel containing melitane 1 percent on the grey hair twice daily. This treatment has to be continued for a minimum of 6 months.
