Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movement

Im 28, weigh 190 and am 5'4. Ive had my gallbladder removed when I was 17. I take anti-deppressants for my anxiety and deppression. I was wondering why my stool is never normal and every time I eat a full meal I get very bad cramps and need to run to the restroom. I almost always have liquids come out with little pieces. And it smells horrible, what can this mean?

Hello

Dear you may be suffering from post cholicystectomy syndrome or Irritable bowel syndrome.

Both may cause pain after eating irritation which may relieved by passing stool.

Post cholicystectomy syndrome may be due to insufficient bile digestion or bike may enter into stomach may cause irritation.

IBS correct pathology not mostly due to imbalance between neuro intestinal axis. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, Avoid smoking. Do regular exercise. Avoid dairy products. use tab. librax twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
