General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

This can be very well diagnosed by the following ways:
* Consult an ENT surgeon
* ENT endoscopy
* CT scan of nose and sinuses
* Relevant tests of blood

All these will the best possible diagnosis. Oral steroids and decongestant may help in some cases for resolution. If medicines do not solve the problem or if there is deviated nasal septum then the surgery may be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
